As all our items are handmade by a small team, there is a turnaround time of 14 working days for Knot cushions & Personalised items and 3-4 weeks for Chunky Braid items. This allows us to make each of our products beautifully perfect before leaving our doors.

Please note - turnaround is IN ADDITION to the shipping option you choose at the checkout. 

If you are wanting an order urgently for a special occasion then please contact us before hand and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Product Care

Spot cleaning is recommended for smaller stains. Using a wet cloth, wet the dirty area and apply stain remover by gently rubbing it over the stain. If the stain is not coming off try to apply more water and repeat stain remover application. Rinse the portion of the item under water and let air dry.

For larger stains, block colour Braids, Cushions & Blankets can be easily machine washed on a low temperature on gentle cycle, we recommend using a wash bag to keep the item protected in the wash. Please note that mixed colour braids should not be machine washed due to possibility of colour transferring. Mixed colour bumpers or knot pillows should only be spot cleaned when required. 

Shipping Info

We offer UK mainland delivery on all orders. Please add your desired item to the basket and proceed to checkout where you can select your preferred delivery option and quoted for this.  Please note that, unfortunately there are times that products we ship could take more than the selected business days to deliver depending on weather conditions, time of the year and courier. 

Please note - Selected shipping option is IN ADDITION to handmade turnaround time.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to keep your items, please email and let us know as soon as possible.
From the time that you take possession of your item,  you have 14 days in which to return this to us at your own expense. They must be in the same condition as when they left us, be in the original packaging and be sent using a recorded and insured courier method for your own peace of mind.  Once we have received and inspected the goods, we have 14 days in which to refund you. Shipping charges are not refundable unless goods are faulty.

When placing an order we will need your name, e-mail address, shipping address and payment details in order to process your order and keep you updated on the progress. We use your e-mail address to keep you updated on the developments of our website. You can unsubscribe on our website if you don’t wish to receive the updates anymore by simply replying to the email with STOP.

Little Craft Company Ltd will not sell your data to third parties and will only provide your information to parties that are involved in processing your order. Our employees and third parties hired to process your order are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your personal details.
